The efficacy of our programs is derived from the practical and valuable resources available to
all First Responders and family. These invaluable tools are for managing and coping with day to
work related stressors, traumatic events and for supporting those exposed to incidents.
Facilitators present tools in a self-help environment that are widely accepted as beneficial for
mental wellness. The strength of the programming lies in the peer to peer delivery in a safe,
comfortable, non-clinical environment. These programs do not interfere with
any clinical processes of individuals or processes.

S.H.A.R.E First Responders Two-Day Training
The S.H.A.R.E. First Responder workshop is a two-day, highly
interactive program that provides an experiential education for coping, management and
rehabilitation of cumulative Stress in the First Responder. Topics such as: general stress,
PTSD, anger, fear, anxiety, health/wellness, communication and strategy will be addressed.
Self help tools for identifying and coping with these topics will be presented.
S.H.A.R.E Families of First Responder Training
The S.H.A.R.E. Family program is a highly interactive one-day
course rooted in stress education.
The courses for family members will be rooted in stress education. Courses will be offered in
identifying stress patterns, PTSD, stress management and family/ peer support.
Intro to Peer Support Training
Stressors in this line of work are unavoidable. The impact that these stressors have on First
Responder’s lives is a reality. Peer Support Programs offer a unique, and necessary, form of
support and resource for the management of these stressors.
Code 9 S.H.A.R.E Intro to Peer Support provides departments with the opportunity to build a
strong peer program from the ground up. We offer simple step by step components, along with an
accompanying easy to follow manual, to ensure you have the tools to build an effective program.
As part of the program, we also provide an intensive one day training with some of the leading
Peer Support experts from around the country.
Peer to peer training and support is key to an optimal functioning department.

S.H.A.R.E. Movement and Stress Reduction training
The S.H.A.R.E. Movement training focus exclusively on the
relaxation components of self-care.
Level I: Beginner class for those new to movement and
exercise as a self-care practice.
Strong focus on correct form and execution of foundational movements. Class is 75
minutes in length. 60mins movement/ instruction and 15mins for review and Q&A.
Level II: Int./Adv. Class for those with a regular fitness practice who want to add
and/or refine their existing program.
Strong emphasis on self-conditioning principles and
exercises. Class is
90mins. 75 minutes of movement/instruction and 15mins for review and Q&A.
S.H.A.R.E Facilitator Training Program
The Code 9 S.H.A.R.E. Facilitator Training Program is a 6 to
intensive. It is the intent
of this training program to maintain the quality and effectiveness of all facilitators so that
they may operate in an independent manner using the principles of SHARE.
S.H.A.R.E. Acute Incident/Rapid Response Team
Provides streamlined self-help and wellness protocols for
presentation to organizations
that are acutely affected by a traumatic event or series of events.
Code 9 S.H.A.R.E. Speakers Series
Speakers address; first responder organizations, community
first responders, and other interested persons, on topics such as job stress impact on mental
and physical wellness in public safety, leadership, communication and finding solutions within
established command systems.
